All you have to do to get the NARS Flower Necklace is talk to François Nars, pictured above. Follow these steps:

• From the beginning of the game, run straight down the wooden pathway through the jungle.
• Continue straight until you get to a large building with big windows and the word "NARS" on the top.
• Enter the building and turn right.
• There you will see François Nars. Interact with him.

As soon as you speak to François Nars you'll receive the Welcome Gift badge and you'll be able to find the NARS Flower Necklace in your avatar inventory.
